Oh, to be a superhero and fight evil for the sake of the world! Sadly, I can’t do that, but Hulu has somehow made my wish come true by adding some extraordinary superhero movies to its library.
Always be yourself unless you can be Batman, and since no one can be Batman or any other superhero, why not watch them? So, wear that Spiderman costume you’ve been hiding for years and prepare for the best superhero movies on Hulu because, let’s be honest, guys, they’re here to stay.
But before we proceed, a friendly reminder: accessing Hulu outside the USA is impossible without a VPN. You can continue scrolling to discover more now that we’ve discussed that.

“Mr. Stark, I don’t feel so good,” well, mutual feelings, Peter, because Infinity War is not your ordinary feel-good movie; it’s dark, entertaining, suspenseful, and unforgettable.
Bringing together both main and supporting cast members from more than six different series, Avengers: Infinity War manages to weave an epic and profoundly emotional story.
We get action-packed superhero battles in Edinburgh and New York City, space travel with Thor and the Guardians, and a Peter Jackson-worthy showdown when he returns to Wakanda. As the finest villain in the entire MCU, Thanos himself is fascinatingly made into the primary character of Infinity War.
Avengers: Endgame (2019)

- Writer: Stephen McFeely, Christopher Markus, Stan Lee
- Genre: Action, Adventure, Drama
- IMDb: 8.4/10

If you are a Marvel freak like me, you know that Avengers: Endgame has done something Hollywood has never seen or done by spectacularly concluding the tale that started with Iron Man.
The MCU’s Infinity Saga comes to a glorious end in Endgame, which pits the ruthless tyrant Thanos against nearly every superhero who has ever survived in a Marvel Studio film.
Avengers: Endgame, a three-hour epic, attempts to wrap up the loose ends of the last movie, send the heroes on a desperate last mission, and finally bring everything together for a titanic showdown.
It is hilarious, emotional, nostalgic, and absurdly huge just – exactly how the Avengers… assemble should be.
Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021)

- Director: Jon Watts
- Writer: Erik Sommers, Chris McKenna, Stan Lee
- Genre: Action, Adventure, Fantasy
- IMDb: 8.2/10

“With great power, there must also come great responsibility,” and Peter knew it. Spider-Man: No Way Home is a film that draws on Spider-Man’s already extensive cinematic past while incorporating the Multiverse idea from comic books into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
No Way Home deftly introduces an incredibly complicated subject in a real, practical way that’s both a ton of fun for fans and profoundly advances the MCU overall, with characters returning from two previous Spider-Man films.
Despite the high risks, No Way Home has a cheery neighborhood Spider-Man tone that makes it incredibly enjoyable.

Deadpool (2016)
- Stars: Morena Baccarin, Ryan Reynolds, T. J. Miller
- Director: Tim Miller
- Writer: Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick
- Genre: Action, Comedy
- IMDb: 8.0/10
- Runtime: 1h 48m
To act in not only one but three superhero movies and still manage to gain the respect of comic book fans is something only Ryan Reynolds can do.
Deadpool satirizes superhero clichés in a frank manner, defies convention, and persistently highlights the ridiculousness of situations in a way that might irritate some people while making others laugh.
Nonetheless, Deadpool is meant to be irritating in some ways, and viewers who can handle the gory action and humor in the movie must watch Deadpool as it is one of the best superhero movies on Hulu.
Captain America: Civil War (2016)
- Stars: Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson
- Director: Anthony Russo, Joe Russo
- Writer: Stephen McFeely, Christopher Markus, Joe Simon
- Genre: Action, Sci-Fi
- IMDb: 7.8/10
- Runtime: 2h 27m
Talking about superhero movies on Hulu and not mentioning Steve Rogers is a crime. From The Winter Soldier to Avengers: Endgame, Captain America has been a crush of almost every girl who have eyes, and as Steve would say, “I can do this all day.”
Captain America: Civil War succeeded in upending the established quo, and its conclusion eventually influenced a number of films that came out in the years that followed. Not only that, but this film has one of the largest and most well-known action scenes in the whole Marvel Cinematic Universe: the airport battle.
Big Hero 6 (2014)
- Stars: Scott Adsit, Ryan Potter, Jamie Chung
- Director: Chris Williams, Don Hall
- Writer: Robert L. Baird, Jordan Roberts, Daniel Gerson
- Genre: Action, Animation, Adventure
- IMDb: 7.8/10
- Runtime: 1h 42m
Animation and superhero stories go side by side as the genre can represent heightened fantastical future settings in ways that most live-action movies would find difficult.
Big Hero 6 follows the story of a kid who, following a family tragedy, meets an inflatable robot named Baymax. The youngster and his friends eventually establish a superhero team alongside Baymax and his buddies.
This movie is one of those fantastic kid-friendly films that doesn’t seem like it’s just meant for a younger audience. It’s a bright, emotional, and enjoyable family film.
X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014)
- Stars: Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman
- Director: Bryan Singer
- Writer: Jane Goldman, Simon Kinberg, Matthew Vaughn
- Genre: Action, Adventure, Sci-Fi
- IMDb: 7.9/10
- Runtime: 2h 12m
X-Men: Days of Future Past is a remarkable addition to the X-Men film franchise, skillfully fusing the prequel narrative with aspects of the original trilogy.
The casts of the two eras were reunited for 2014’s X-Men: Days of Future Past, which also paid homage to one of the most beloved stories from the original material.
The movie starts in a not-too-distant future in which sentinel robots are eradicating mutant-kind. Wolverine uses a poorly thought-out story device to send himself back in time to 1973 in order to avert the events that would eventually lead to his dystopian future.
The Batman (2022)
- Stars: Zoe Kravitz, Robert Pattinson, Jeffrey Wright
- Director: Matt Reeves
- Writer: Peter Craig, Matt Reeves, Bob Kane
- Genre: Crime, Action, Drama
- IMDb: 7.8/10
- Runtime: 2h 56m
“They think I’m hiding in the shadows, but I AM the shadow,” imagine these words coming out of Robert Pattinson’s mouth, slinky, right? Now imagine a whole movie filled with such amazing dialogues; yep, that’s The Batman for you.
The Batman went full neo-noir with this one; the film goes for almost three hours and doesn’t feel boring even for a moment. This Batman is younger and more troubled than the others; thanks to Robert Pattinson’s intense performance, this one seems like one of the most intriguing takes on Batman in a long time.
The story takes place during Bruce Wayne’s first year as Batman, in which he tracks down a serial killer who goes by The Riddler and leaves mysterious clues at every crime site.
As he solves each mystery, Batman has to find new friends and cope with the evidence continuing to lead to dark truths about his family’s history.
Black Panther (2018)
- Stars: Micheal B. Jordan, Chadwick Boseman, Lupita Nyang’o
- Director: Ryan Coogler
- Writer: Joe Rober Cole, Ryan Coogler, Stan Lee
- Genre: Action, Adventure, Sci-Fi
- IMDb: 7.3/10
- Runtime: 2h 14m
Black Panther seems both wholly unique and firmly a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with the incredible Chadwick Boseman (RIP) and the entire cast of color. It continues to have the distinction of being the only superhero film to get a Best Picture nomination.
Although the titular character was initially seen in Captain America: Civil War, Black Panther offered him a more prominent role and provided a fitting introduction to Wakanda.
Beyond being a positive development for diversity in the superhero genre, Ryan Coogler’s directing and the cast help make Black Panther an exciting and one of the best superhero movies on Hulu.
The Suicide Squad (2021)
- Stars: John Cena, Margot Robbie, Idris Elba
- Director: James Gunn
- Writer: James Gunn
- Genre: Action, Adventure, Comedy
- IMDb: 7.2/10
- Runtime: 2h 12m
The Suicide Squad is an incredible cinematic experience that skillfully blends graphic violence, vulgar comedy, and heartfelt moments. It’s an odd superhero film that manages to seem both pleasant and dangerous at the same time.
As Task Force X is dropped off in the isolated, enemy-infused island of Corto Maltese, supervillains Harley Quinn, Peacemaker, Bloodsport, and a gang of crazy con artists from Belle Reve prison join the super shady organization.
It’s a sleazy and cleverly entertaining movie from the horrifyingly beautiful mind of James Gunn.
It’s a Wrap, Folks!
Whether you’re a fan of Marvel, DC, or just simply seeking thrilling heroics, these above-listed superhero movies on Hulu cater to all tastes.
